The Challenge
To develop a customer complaint management system for the client that also identifies faults in the manufacturing process responsible for the complaints.
Our Solution
A web-based portal was developed utilizing Laravel for a dynamic frontend and Java to ensure a secure backend. The system was designed to comply with company data standards, for seamless and secure data exchange. We implemented role-based access control to enhance security. As a result, the customer complains recorded, the company has been able resolve manufacturing problems quickly and decreased overhead by 80%
