The Challenge
To build a three-sided marketplace (customer, restaurant, rider) with real-time tracking, order management, and payment processing, capable of competing in the saturated Malaysian market.
Our Solution
We chose Flutter for rapid development of high-performance apps for all user types from a single codebase. Firebase provided a scalable backend for real-time database, authentication, and notifications. Google Maps API was integrated for route optimization and live tracking.
